Do I need to custom-build a kernel and build the legacy aic7xxx driver which the kernel docs say will be removed at some point or is there some other way to get the OS to recognize the card? The same case reported by Al. After the driver was installed my DDS tape drive was listed as a 2940kw drive at the top of the device list. Don’t blame me if it makes thing worse. Results 1 to 9 of 9.
