Thank you, are you able to tell me how to install the driver after I download and extract the files? If I run the built in Windows network troubleshooter, it completely disables my LAN connection red X , and the connection will stay disabled even when I right-click to enable it.

Netwogk all goes well you should now see Windows has successfully updated your driver software, click the Close button on the bottom right corner of this window. You may only distribute the Software to your customers pursuant to a written license agreement.

This will pull up a window asking how do you want to search for driver software. Such license agreement may be a “break-the- seal” license agreement. Once your inside the Device Manager, find the Network Adapters entry and double left mouse click it. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a period of ninety days after delivery by Intel.
Now double left click the file within this folder called b57nd60a This will take you back to the Install from disk window, left click the OK button. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.

Hi, I have done all of the above, but still no connectivity, I have even replaced the Netwofk cable. I went to the Broadcom website and found what I think is the correct driver.
In reply to deleted message. I upgraded from Windows 8. Did this solve your problem? The only way to get the lan adapter back is to reboot.
