Printer regularly goes into a mode where all that will print is a page containing the error message “Unsupported Personality: Execute “hp-setup” to setup device. To connect via wireless, use the printers LCD screen to navigate the menu as per the printer’s manual.

Hi Mark, Can you please run “hp-check -t” from the terminal and post the complete output here. What do I do now? I’m not sure how to scan, though– any ideas? The printer works great, and I really like it! You have to access the card reader over USB. June 28th, 7.
