Followed your instructions installed the driver tho windows winced a bit but card is working fantasticly well, only k slower than my ,inksys computer thats running a nic. The ads help us provide this software and web site to you for free. When the updates finished, the system rebooted and the duel displays no longer worked.

Not all drivers or updates are need. There is a reason, it is low-grade and low-tech and in many circumstances, the motherboard NIC will outperform the now out-dated EG, particularly if you have something like a Marvell Yukon.
Wake-On-LAN support is built in you can wake up your workstations from anywhere on the network! In fact, this solution works better then all those driver detective, etc.

Total digression here but are folk realising that for all we paid OK, many moons ago a premium for a Linksys product, the chipset is the cheap and cheerful Realtek, support by Linksys removed? Unless you rely on a gigabet ethernet for data transfer, I would seriously consider sticking with the motherboard NIC, not adding extra workload to the PCI-bus etc is even only one plus to seriously consider, this just my 10p though.
Once OS picked it up I downloaded latest driver from Realtek and installed it.
